Our FIRST Christmas At Wellspring Church

I am SO sorry it has been so long since my last post but we have been VERY busy as a family and with Wellspring! I cannot believe we have had our first official Christmas Eve service at Wellspring! This picture is from last February....

We have come a LONG way and God has done BIG things! We had 99 people at our Christmas Eve service which was AWESOME because a lot of our regulars where out of town or with family! It was a WONDERFUL service. TJ, the band, and Trey did so well! We were very fortunate to have the service at the theaters because they were showing movies but corporate said yes... It was a HUGE blessing!

We are so thankful for what God is doing! We are thankful that people are taking their first steps to knowing their Creator, Father, Prince of Peace better and better every day! We are thankful for the lives He is changing and the leaders He is creating!

A few prayer requests:

1) The Lord will rise up leaders to lead/teach in Childrens ministry & future home groups
2) Financial needs for the church
3) Time management! TJ, Trey, and Danielle (mostly in-charge of the Childrens ministry) are working SO hard to get everything done but there is not enough TIME! Can we pray God will add more hours to the day ? :) haha Seriously, just pray that all our leaders can get what's needed done and have lots of time for the most important face to face meeting with people!
4) BLESSINGS... pray for God to continue to pour out His blessings on Wellspring Church SO THAT we can be a blessing to our community and to those to don't know Jesus.

I LOVE OUR MISSION STATEMENT (if that's what you call it)...

We desire to see those that are far from God become PASSIONATE followers of JESUS CHRIST!

(makes me want to cry every time I see that!)
