Lives Changed!

Yesterday was AWESOME! Despite the HORRIBLE weather we had 22 adults show up for our gathering! We had tons of new faces!! Best of all Trey really allowed God to speak through him and it was an awesome message. I encourage you to check it out if you have time (Click Here). We had 5 people make decisions!! Needless to say I about cried my eyes out 5 different times during the service. God was really at work! Below is what Trey wrote about the day on his blog...

What a day!

- God showed up at Wellspring Church this morning.
- Despite the rain, folks came and brought their friends. (Special shout out to the -- Launch Team, thank you guys so much for stepping up. Keep doing it!)
- We also took our worship to the next level this morning . . . we had drums and a mic for TJ. It rocked!
- Now here’s the big number . . . 5 people stepped over the line of faith this morning! That’s right, you read that correctly, FIVE PEOPLE.
- 5 people that will wake up tomorrow with new purpose
- 5 people that will spend eternity with Christ
- 5 people that will experience life in a way they never knew possible
- Now here’s the really crazy part: there were only 22 adults here.
- That means that almost 25% of the folks here gave their lives to Christ! Can you dig that?!?! Twenty-five percent! I hope we keep that percentage, what about you? Or maybe even take it higher?

THIS is why we are here, Wellspring. To see those far from God become passionate followers of Jesus Christ. I assure you that this morning was only the beginning. We haven’t even begun to scratch the surface of what God has planned for the Grand Strand.

So keep praying, keep inviting, and keep looking for moments to talk to your friends about Christ!
